By placing an order with SubmitDrive, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before purchasing.

1. What we provide

SubmitDrive provides a done-for-you directory submission service. After receiving your order and website details, our team manually submits your website to the number of directories included in your chosen plan. We take screenshots, resize logos, and complete all submission forms on your behalf.

2. What we do not guarantee

We guarantee that we will manually submit your site to the directories included in your plan. We do not guarantee:

• Approval of any specific listing — directories have their own moderation standards and may reject listings at their discretion.
• Specific improvements to domain authority, search rankings, or organic traffic — these depend on many factors beyond directory submissions.
• Permanent placement — directories may remove listings at any time after publication.

3. Refund policy

Because our service requires significant time from our team, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you have concerns about your order, contact us before we start submissions and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If we are unable to complete your order for any reason on our end, we will issue a full refund.

4. Your responsibilities

• Your website must be live and publicly accessible when we begin submissions.
• The information you provide in the intake form must be accurate and truthful.
• You must own or have rights to submit the website you provide.
• You agree not to submit websites containing illegal content, adult content, spam, or content that violates the policies of the directories we submit to.

5. Delivery timeframes

Launch plan submissions are delivered within 5–7 business days. Growth plan submissions are delivered within 3–5 business days. These timeframes begin once we have received your completed intake form. We will notify you by email if there are any delays.

6. Pro Monitor subscription

Pro Monitor is a monthly subscription billed automatically via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

7. Privacy

We use the information you provide solely to complete your directory submissions and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Website details submitted in your intake form may be shared with directory platforms as part of the submission process.
